From the coast of Byron Bay, the most easterly point of Australian mainland, to Kimberley on the North Western Australian coastline. You will experience the Australian outback at its best. You will fly over Channel country near Windorah, stay in iconic Birdsville with its famous pub. From Birdsville you will fly across Simpson Desert, have a swim at Dalhousie hot springs on the western side of the desert. From there we fly via Mt Dare station for landing at Ross River Resort in the heart of East McDonald Ranges. Next day we explore the ranges and head for the Rabbit Flat Roadhouse on Tanami Track. Following day we fly to the Wolfe Creek Meteorite crater before arriving at Halls Creek – southern gate to the Kimberley region. Overflying the Bungle Bungle national park in the afternoon will complete the day. One more day of flying would get us to Derby the other destination for this trip.
